Rain X that's used for car windows...You can get it at Wal-mart in automotive dept. I have heard that using car wax on mirrors will do the same but I have never used it

Put a blob of shaving foam on the mirror then rub all over the mirror until the mirror is clean again. This stops it misting up for a while.

Best way - 100% guaranteed!
When it's DRY - get a TINY amount of shaving gel & polish it into the glass (until it's all but gone). When the room gets steamy the glass will remain un-fogged.
This technique is used by scuba-divers, car owners, and also for fighter aircraft canopies before the 'invention' of anti-fog solutions.

shampoo works like the person before said, but actually...bar soap works better....one day when you have the time...grab your used bar of soap....i'f it's already been used usually it will have an area that's mushy on it. grab a washcloth and scoop up the mushy part and apply it to your mirror....rub it in as if you were waxing a car....which means...apply it all over then buff it in until you don't see it.....but use a dry cloth to do this with...if you uses water to clean it you've just undid the work you put into it...this will also work for sunglasses and scuba goggles...they actually sell mushy soap in little lip balm containers and market it as antifog.....and people are stupid enough to buy it...lol

Take a cold shower. Or turn on the fan. Or keep the door open. Or if all else fails, i just use the hair dryer and direct it at the mirror for a few seconds... it really works.

Ive given up, just write a little message for your other half on the mirror before it de mists, and then wait for them to find it next time they have a shower. I bet you'll reap some nice rewards!

Cover the mirrors with a thin layer of baby oil. Or have a cold bath.

Go to a scuba diving store and buy some "de-fog gel." it keeps scuba masks from fogging, but also works on mirrors. Spread it on and wipe until dry.
