You can borrow my cat Jessica - she is a master at spider collecting and eating.
Aside from that there is a plug you can buy from Robert Dyas or other hardware stores that will deter the spiders coming in. We have a mosquito plug in the bedroom and haven't had any in since this happened.

i know u can buy a plug that sends out vibrations that the spiders dont like but im not sure where u would get 1 from

I the midwest we use hedgeapples.They are the size of softballs , a light green and knotty. I put the about 3 ft apart around the outside of my house and put the in my basement. They have no smell when the decay. It has worked for me for years.

Buy a praying mantis , they gobble them up.
Don't open windows, they love to enter your home for the warmth.,
Set your alarm for 3.30am, Have a drinking glass and thin cardboard and go on a hunt, you are sure to catch them.

U can buy a spray called vapona from any supermarket and all u do is spray it round Ur door frames and window frames TO KEEP THEM OUT !

I'm going to tell you this: You can't negotiate with spiders. They will back out of any agreement you make with them. All you can do is invade their territory and wipe them out.
