Your probably right about being immune to it. Just like some people may smell awful and only others notice. Try keeping potpourri around, plug ins and the like, use febreeze on your fabrics. I once had a best friend who dressed nice, had the latest clothes, did everything like paris hilton. The first day i went to her house was the last time. I can still smell it.

even as i turned right into a baby, I had this one buddy who had a large indoor canines and who's father and mom both smoked. So whenever you would walk in there, you could get to smell a mixture of canines and cigarettes. It changed into negative; the worst area changed into that whenever you would sit down to eat, the canines may on the on the spot run over and beg for nutrition. And even as she got here round to my abode, her clohes and stuff all nonetheless smelled like canines and cigarette smoke. It changed into exciting interpreting a number of those memories...

We always seem immunie to our own house smel, don't we?! If you do not smoke inside or have indoor pets, it's probably not a problem. You may consider getting your carpets cleaned, just for peace of mind.
