I live on the 6 th floor of a large apartment building and right after I moved in I realized the place had a serious roach problem. The landlord sent out the exterminator twice, I have bombed the place twice, and put out boric acid. This has been over the last 12 days! The exterminator told me it would take time. I sleep with the lights on and earplugs. None of my neighbors have roaches so I don't know why they are sticking around my place and not moving into any of the other apartments. Any hope from anyone? Should I give it more time or if they are not gone after 12 days then they are never going to be gone?

i'm a receptionist so i'm not rich, but does anybody have any good ideas? i work with real estate agents, i know its early but i want to get my shopping done early, they always give me a load of cash during Christmas and i always feel uncomfortable about it

Not sure if this is the right area to post this? I want to find out the age of the flat I'm living in and if possible, what was on this land going back a few hundred years. Is there anywhere online I can search for this info, preferably for free? Thanks for any help you can give.

I once read an article that I can not remeber the details of or where I read it about making soaps for gifts out of store bought soap. I do remember that fragrance oil and coloring was added and they were put in different shaped molds.

I need to know what you call the thing that you put on the end of a hose to drain a water bed...and where can i find one...my best friend is moving, and they need to drain her sons waterbed...problem is that the part has went missing that you put in the bed to drain it...and we dont have a clue what to call it or where to look for one...HELP PLEASE!!!!

from TV to silverware (thanks to my parents). I have a steady job working with kids. I am making $800 a month, and The apartment only costs me $400 since I am splitting the cost with my room mate. Thats with electrical and water. But I am still a nervous reck and feel I am not ready. Is this just me getting the jittters or what?

My husband is installing duct work under a house and came across these leeches and we want to find out how to get rid of them. If anyone knows how can you please let us know. The owner of the home also has a leaking pipe from their kitchen. We think that is why they are there. But, how did they get there in the first place?
