I think the grapes you are talking about are concord grapes and they make GREAT wine. Here is a quick recipe:
10lbs Concord grapes
5lbs sugar
1 tsp yeast nutrient
1 gallon water
wine yeast
Pull grapes from stems. Put grapes into fermenter and crush. Dissolve sugar in boiling water and pour over mashed grapes. Let cool to room temperature. add yeast and nutrient, and let stand for 24 hours. Ferment for 2 weeks, stirring daily. Strain through strainer bag. pour into secondary fermentor, and let stand for 1 month. At the end of the month the wine should be clear. rack and let stand for 2 months. At the end of this period the wine should be ready to bottle. Age for 6-8 months.
Just make sure to sterilize everything you are using (fermentor, utensiles, etc).

If you don't have any wine-making equipment you should have a store nearby that can provide some (home wine-making as an ever-increasingly popular hobby). But, regardless of the equipment, you squeeze as much juice from the grapes as you can, filter the juice into a sterile bottle, add a small quantity of wine yeast (or not), and wait.

take the grapes and put them into a very low density piece of fabric!strongly string the fabric until obtain the grape juice!you can consume fresh ,or you can consume after 3days when the juice start to bubble!if you put some sugar ,in these phase ,you can obtain a sweet wine. you can chose to let the wine continue this "work" without putting sugar and you obtain wine!do not expect to have the same taste that it have the wine from market but hope obtain a nice and refreshing drink!do not cover the bottle if you chose to let the wine "work". good chance!!!!

I don't think you'll have enough grapes to make wine from just one vine. Why not just eat some of the grapes and give some away to friends, neighbours, school/work colleagues?

I dont know. But i have a 60 ft red cherry tree in my garden & theyre sweet cherries. We get sick of them. I gave loads to my neighbour, i think he's brewing some cherry wine. He did some wine with the rhubarb he'd grown.

If you remember I love Lucy, you could try stomping on them in a wooden barrel - but you may not have enough grapes to do such a thing.
