Get a 16 x 16 x 16 box anything larger and that will result in an oversized package charge. Fill the bottom with styrofoam packing peanuts about 1-2 inches - use small bubble wrap and wrap each glass individually securing with packaging tape.

Between each layer of glass put another inch of packing peanuts - finish with 1 inch of packaging peanuts and tape shut with packaging tape.

I ship 15-20 items of mostly glassware & porcelain out each week, as I am a full time antiques dealer who sells on Ebay alot.

You can get most of the products at a UPS store or Mailboxes etc, even Kmart. Unfortunately, they are a little expensive.

How To Ship Wine Glasses

Go to a liquor store and see if they will give you a cardboard box used for shipping wine or 'spirits' with the 'liner' inside. Fill the empty spaces with Styrofoam 'popcorn' or 'peanuts' from a office supply store (e.g., Staples and Office Depot.)

Don't over-pack. If necessary, send more than one box.

You can also save Styrofoam or pressed cardboard egg cartons to form 'walls' around the glasses, if needed.

Your florist can buy them wholesale at larger lots. Ask them if their wholesaler carries Brody Glass or Syndicate Sales or if they are a member of Bloomnet. I am sure they can order cases for you as long as your wedding flowers are being designed by them. I know that Syndicate Sales (wholesale only) has them by the case. They are 10 inches tall with a 9inch opening atop. 6 to a case. :)

Check out the container store or ask a shipping place.
You can buy or find Partitioned boxes or wrap them with bubble wrap.
