We Live in Illinois,Renting anice home in Country,But have no privacy from our Landlord,They come and Go as They Please,never giving us anotice,So we can't have a cookout out or anything in the yard,Or let small grandchildren out to play,By the way,we are responible to do the mowing which is 4 acres,Is there alaw which said landlords are suppose to give us a 24 hour notice before coming...

I want to buy a whole set of appliances what would be the best choise of material white or stainless steel or??? And should I pick a side by side or the traditional type? I think the only benifit the side by side has is the ice maker???but is it worth the extra cost? and what is the best brand for the stove, fridge, oven , microwave and washer machine???? Please any advise would help...THANX

we have set off the bug bombs,use strong spray and insecticides,boric acid,even tried the things you plug into the wallsnothing has worked so far.any advice or helpful suggestions is greatly appreciated

THe house is listed at $524900 and I would like to submit an offer. It's been listed for 4 months and price has been reduced twice. My agent says there has not been any offer yet. I am thinking about $485K (or less) and does it sound OK?

it's not on the rental agreement. 2 other people have a/c's and he's only telling me and the other person that's in the 2nd floor too that we can't have it in the living room, but said it was ok for the one below us to keep his in the living room. is there a law in california that states whether we can make decisions on our own what to put in our apartment?

We need everything to furnish a house, but I am having a problem finding a place with no complaints/problems.
