register of deeds at the county courthouse should be able to tell you.

The county property records should have a history of who owned it, who sold it to who, etc. In my county (and should be in that area as well) it even includes the amount of mortgages - that doesn't mean that it will show the sales price (they may have put a downpayment)- but it may give you an indication.

I don't know what "det" is, but you can check with the county recorder's and auditor's offices.
