We need everything to furnish a house, but I am having a problem finding a place with no complaints/problems. I look at places like complaint.com or epionon.com, and it seems there are no honest furntiure franshises. Have a good story? Any advice or hints to get good service? Thanks! Anyone posting something rude or obsene will be reported.

Just remember that all stores will have complaints from time to time. If you know what you want and how much you would like to pay than shopping for furniture is easier. This spring, I knew that I wanted a new recliner so I went to a furniture store and told them the color that I prefer and the maximum price that I was willing to pay and they showed me what they had that matched. If you are buying for a whole house all at once, I would look at a bunch of furniture stores and find out which one(s) that have what you need and try to see if they would give a discount for a large sale if you don't ask you can not get a discount. The more that you know what you want and the price range for each room and total the easier it is for the salespeople to help you.

I suppose it depends where you live. In my area "Bob's" is a good place. Decent quality w/o the brand name (most of it though is brand name... just no label so the savings are passed on to you). I've purchased several things from them and haven't had any problems.
I do not recommend Raymor and Flannigan though... they have very high pricing, but horrible customer service.

hi!
i suggest that you go to somahomefashions.com
i bought stuff from there for my family and friends.
they have decoration items like little chefs (about 2-3 feet high) that have 2 trays on the hands (you can serve something on it). but i think they are sold out...
anyway, i dont want to ruin the surprise at somahomefashions.com!!!

I highly suggest the Rooms To Go outlet store if you have one nearby.
