I would do it as soon as possible. You don't want to be in the situation where you have to pay a much higher month to month rate. I'm sure that your landlord will be happy to renew your lease. I have rental property, and a good tenant who renews a lease is like money in the bank.
Good luck with your lease.

It will renew itself automatically for a month to month lease, then a few days, the manager will contact you to sign a new lease if you want. Either way, it is THEIR job to contact you about your lease. If you don't want to live their anymore, then just say," i will not be re-newing my lease here, I will be living month to month until I find another home ". It's as simple as that. Don't worry about it too much.

I assume you mean the end of aug, but that might depend on where you live. I would say contact them now if they haven't contacted you yet. Depending on where you live they have to give 30-60 days notice to raise your rent, since they haven't done that yet, i'd recommend talking to them about renewing w/out an increase. You will most likey have to give 20-30 days notice if you want to move out, so sooner is better.

i'm particular that is because they prefer to, or they are less than pressure to do it because different residences do it. if you're a tenant at a modern-day employ, it isn't honest to augment it, highly even if that is in the plan each and every 365 days to bypass up. "except they teach you the way a lot the charges they ought to pay have lengthy previous up", and what the more beneficial is you're determining to purchase. otherwise, it really is in ordinary words because they could.

now.. i dont think the manager will mind. Its a nice peace of mind knowing that your renters will continue their lease and you dont have to advertise the place up for rent and deal with all that comes along with finding nice, qualified new renters.
