We Live in Illinois,Renting anice home in Country,But have no privacy from our Landlord,They come and Go as They Please,never giving us anotice,So we can't have a cookout out or anything in the yard,Or let small grandchildren out to play,By the way,we are responible to do the mowing which is 4 acres,Is there alaw which said landlords are suppose to give us a 24 hour notice before coming...

Absolutely they are required to give you a min. of 24 hour notice.
Look up renters rights on the net, or go to the library and get the state and local laws. Unknown to allot of renters, landlords are very limited to what they can and can not do. Landlords count on their renters to be uneducated on these rules. Actually renters do have more rights than the land owner. Don't let them push you around. I hope this helps.

Landlord should be respectful. They leased the place to you, so they can't just come and go as they want. I

Please read the following as it might help:

Both parties can take legal recourse in case either defaults on the terms in the lease agreement. If the tenant does not follow his duties, disturbs the peace of the neighborhood or causes intentional damage to the property, the landlord can have him or her evicted by serving them a notice. If the landlord defaults, does not maintain the property in a decent way, harasses the tenant or increases the rent beyond the provisions of the lease, the tenant can sue the landlord.

Yes, Landolords a re required to give you 24 hr. notice. Post that notice on your front door, maybe he will get the hint. If he doesn't then seek an Atty.

I'd find another place to live - as fast as possible. It should be a very, very, very nice place to want to live with this nuisance or to bother straighten things out.
