discriminating because I will not rent my investment property to people who do not have reliable employment. I have been told by few people that I am discriminating against them, but how do they expect to pay $280/week in rent if they dont work? I have had problems in the past with people who dont work not paying rent on time, if at all and have been forced to evict them. Do you think I am being fair?

Which of the 4 is the better/ ritzier area? My husband and I want to move to Summerlin, we thought it was a beautiful area...but we want to know which is the better area to live. We prefer an area with small children as my husband and I are planning on starting our brood in the near future.

My wife and I live in a manufactured home in California and are thinking of retiring to a manufactured home community somewhere less expensive. Central Florida sounds nice, but my wife is concerned about hurricanes damaging mobile homes. My view is that there are thousands of people living there in mobile homes, many for decades now, and only a tiny number get hit. Also, I believe that a new manufactured home is almost as hurricane resistant as a site-built home. Can anyone living in a manufactured home in Florida share any opinion?

I have recently bought two B. W. Buenilum candlesticks with orignal Revolutionary War designed globes. Try to find out something about the company and current value. I noticed a lot of their items were very reasonable.

A pic of my place is on my 360. Nothing fancy, just pored concrete and permits. I have no idea if these kind of things would be like $2K, $5K, $10K, or *gasp* more...

PS - just ballpark I know you can't give an accurate answer with a simple pic. Thanks.

Room doesn't need to be spacious or luxurious. The lower the rent, the better. Specifically, Zip 23234 area will be most preferred
