Summerlin North, South , East, West in Las Vegas?

Which of the 4 is the better/ ritzier area? My husband and I want to move to Summerlin, we thought it was a beautiful area...but we want to know which is the better area to live. We prefer an area with small children as my husband and I are planning on starting our brood in the near future.
