Does anyone live in these apartments? Do you like them?

You need to provide more information in order to get a definitive answer. I assume that "Steeplechase" is the name of the apartment complex, but where and what is Malta? I'm guessing that you do not mean Malta as in the island of Malta. Is Malta a road, suburb, or a town? If so, what state is it in?
Here are a couple of sites where tenants rate and review the apartments in which they live. If you are lucky, several people will have rated the apartment complex you are interested in.
