If you have a relatively easy ceiling to cut through (like sheet rock) you could install a ventilation fan/heater/light combo unit for not a lot of $$$. All you'd have to do is measure the perimeter around the fan/heater/light unit, cut into the sheet rock, and then splice 3, 12 or 14 gauge copper (like THHN or THWN) to provide power and a switch leg to the unit. It might sound complicated but it's not. The wire and fan/heater combo unit can all be bought at your local Lowe's or Home Depot and if your still iffy on putting it in, those stores have DIY classes you could check out.
Most of the fan combo units you buy already have an install kit/instructions in them.

I searched high and low for ways to reduce moisture and humidity in the home.
I discovered a terrific product called "Damp-Rid". It helps eliminate reduce humidity, eliminates musty odors and helps prevent mildew and household molds.
Wal-Mart carries these de-humidifying bags that come so many in a box, which are excellent for reducing humidity in a room. You can hang them on a door knob, inside a closet or shower, and are very effective.
If you want to go straight to manufacturer to purchase this online, go to:
