I tried using: poisonous gas bombs and the subsonic sound emitters, but nothing seems to work. Any suggestions for proven meathods of ridding your property of moles would be great.

such as pine tree like shrubs and flowers? Ideally, they would be plants that bloom every year, and do not have to be replanted. this would be for a small courtyard, mangaed by my highschools enviormental club, so low maintenance would be nice.

We live in a trailer park and we have had a drought in my state this year. So the deer come out of the surrounding woods and eat my Forsythia leaves from the bushes, etc. In the spring and summer they ate the Day Liliy flowers - they were so nice and orange until they ate them. Grr. They leave behind a trail of their poob in the yard which is supposed to be good for the soil but I worry about them eating my plants. Now it has been raining and I am hoping the deer will eat the new shoots that come up in the woods. I hope deer sleep in the winter. What is there for them to eat in the winter when plants have no leaves? I really don't care but I wonder (no need to answer that). I heard some people actually feed the deer with grain, etc. One lady from Germany told me to put human hair cuttings in the yard and the deer hate the scent of that and stay away. I will try it too. Any ideas please let me know. In the spring I will put a small fence around all my daylilies so I can see thembloom

It's a medium sized to smallish houseplant with red, longish, fluffy kind of things hanging off of it and it's dying. Does anyone know what it might be? The leaves are fairly large and go into point at the point, and they're thin and sort of papery/velvety. Please help! ^_^

I need a quick to germinate monocot plant, is possible. I don't want to use grass, because you typically plant grass in patches and I'm testing these plants individually. Does anyone have any ideas?

I have a bog plant (Sarracenia Purpurea) which I bought this year and have in a pot next to the pond in very shallow water. It's been fine, it's just that I thought it's time to bring it in doors for the winter. I turned it up side down to empty the rain water from the trumpet-type leaves and it smelt pretty bad. I know it's an insect catcher so it's got dead insects in it but is it normal for it to whiff a bit? Other than that it's in good health, just wasn't sure if this was normal.
Thanks in advance : )
ps Now I know why it's called a 'bog' plant, 'cos it smells like one! lol

My hedge has gotten quite high now, and where the branches are quite thick it prevents the regular hedge trimmers to cut through it. Can anyone recommend what I could use to get the height down?
