REPOT THEM IN A MANEUER OR ORGANIC TYPE SOIL. THEN FEED THEM WITH PLANT FOOD EVERY 2 WEEKS. WATER THOUROGHLY EVERY 3-10 DAYS (ACCORDING TO PLANT). WAIT ABOUT 1 MONTH AND THEN YOU WILL SEE RAPID GROWTH

Feed them, provide good soil, and lots of water and sun. You can try giving them a hormone like Superthrive also. Other than that they may be sick with a fungus of have an insect problem.

All of these and not too much of any of these will make your plants grow fast.
