My friend has a viney plant that had green fruit on it. When you opened one up, it was full of seeds (i think they were white) covered in gooey stuff. She always told me it was a passion fruit, but i've never heard of green passion fruit. Is this what it is?

This is my question of the day!

I have called Scotts about 5 times. I have gotten about 3 different answers to this question!

I want to put down pre-emergent (no fertilizer in it) and it is the granular kind. It slightly sprinkled over night , the roads are slightly damp and the grass feels barely wet (almost just a little) . I was told that you dont want to put it down until the grass is COMPLETELY DRY , however , it is a 70% chance of rain tonight and I would like it to be down before then, but some say that even if it rains tonight , that I should not put it down while the grass is wet, and that it will not wash all of it off of there, and I got told differently 2 x !

which is it please!!

Should I wait until it is completely sunny and dry even though it may not rain for a week or two afterwards? or should I do it now!?

would like to know if the price of a troy built or similar quality is really worth the extra cost? Is it easier to handle or what makes it so special? I have about a 1/2 acre garden.

I need to know how those work? You know, the mold that looks like stone and you fill it with concrete and make a path or do a patio with it?

The instructions say to pour cement into the mold then remove it and rotate and repeat. What I want to know. Can you fill it with cement and remove it right away like it says to....or will the cement just run back together? Do I have to let it dry a while? That will take forever if I do...but want to do it right the first time.
Thanks!!!!

I used fish emulsion at one time, but I'd prefer something with no odor.

Thank you.

we have a labrador *****. when she wees on the lawn, it burns the grass away, the lawn is only small and has begun to look unsightly, holes are appearing where she goes, which is making the lawn unsafe and unhygienic for my young children to play on. she is walked 4 or 5 times a day with plenty of time to relieve her self. i know i will recieve answers such as "she is marking her terratory" that i already know. what im after, is way to stop her doing it.

I just hate having to revolve my schedule around "Is it going to rain or not going to rain?"

What if I just wait until IT DOES RAIN and then put out the pre -emergent.

I cant afford to water my whole yard.

I want to try a liquid lawn fertilizer. I've only used the granules but think I'd get better results with a spray on like you attatch to a hose. This is for my house, not a commercial application. I want to use this for my lawn, not a garden.

I have started seed in little cups of soil, also in baggies this year. Some of the ones in the soil are leggy, though they are only days old. My Mammoth Sunflowers are already 4" tall at 3 days out of the soil.

QUESTIONS:
Sould I keep them indoors OR can I place them outdoors now?
Should I cover them with anything overnight and during storms, and or, freezes?

I am in Texas - USDA Zone 7-b

While on holiday in Menorca I saw this lovely plant and cant find out what it is. It was sort of shrub like with darkish green leaves that looked a little like a nettle leaf. It had a pine/fresh smell to leaves. The flowers were 3 consisted of inner, middle and outer parts and all parts where different colours, so you could get maybe red, orange and white all in one bloom.
Thanks
