My boyfriend just recently bought me a 30 year old yucca tree. But our house gets absolutely no light. The leaves are turning yellow, and I cant put it outside yet cause its way to cold hear on Long Island. I was hoping that it might servive the winter inside and once spring & summer comes i could put it outside where it will hopefully thrive. Will that work or is it hopeless? Thank You

I have a I think what is called a cornwellian cherry tree. It is an ornamental cherry, fruit does not taste well. It was planted about 5 years ago and it has made a steady decline over the past two years with leafing out less and less. I think it may be diseased , but I dont know about the different diseases or what caused it or how to treat it. The leaves look like they have some tiny black spots on them and their are small slit holes on them as well. I was wanting to have anybody tell me what I need to do to treat it.

Also do you think it would be a good idea to crop the top of the branches on it, to give it renewed vigor before spring starts?

Thanks for any help

Does anyone have any info on buying seeds, growing and keeping Lavender? We have a garden, totally adore Lavender but we don't know the first thing about gardening. We live in Central Scotland. Any web-sites would be most welcome also. Many thanks :o)

It is growing fine just not green. Watering is not a problem due to wet season. Grass out front is fine it just seems to be the new established stuff that is yellow

I have a beautiful Banzai that is struggling because the soil is infertile...I purchased it in China (and still live in China) and can't buy fertalizer or new soil accept in large quantities in this part of the country. I've worked really hard trying to help it thrive, but it seems to be slipping away...this would be very tragic for me, please help!

Also what other things are there that would help in growing a great pumpkin patch. Light? Sun? etc.
What time of year would be best to plant them? I am in Ontario Canada.

I just asked about this and got some great responces about outdoor cilantro, but mines in door. Its in sunlight, and I water the plants regularly. The cilantro looks limp, and I always get my plants to a certain part, then they don't grow. Has anyone used the Chia Herb Garden? How is the cilantro supposed to look. Any suggestions on care?
