pointsettias like a lot of light as a matter of fact it requires 14 hours of light to bloom a dont let it get to dry moist soil at max dont overwater also if u dont have a lot of light it will grow in medium light but it will just vine but still makes a nice plant its very hard to get them to bloom a second time at home

its natural. these plants arent meant to last outside of greenhouse conditions. they require special temperature and light conditions in order to live longer.
