I have no idea what kind of beetle this is, but there are multiple beetles in each rose. Just before it starts to really bloom they all cluster inside and eat my roses! What can I do?

The fungus is underneath the top covering of the bushes and only seen if you pull the bushes apart and look inside. It is covering the branches and seems to kill from the inside out. It is spreading to the other two and they are not touching each other. One bush is dying and has a huge dead section already. What is this? It looks like white powder but sticks to the branches. I need to treat this right away. HELP!!!

I recently discovered why my house is a fly magnet~ neighborhood cats are using the area that I have planted my shrubbery, an area enclosed by a retaining wall, as a litter box! I thought squirrels were digging bulbs up, but it was cats pooping all along. I am so disgusted! I cleaned as much as I could dig out, but do I need to change the dirt out altogether? How can I effectively keep them out? I don't have any mulch or anything around the shrubbery, it's all dirt~should I change this? PLEASE HELP!

Electrical line is already available so what are pros and cons other than ease of installation for solar-powered? This is for a walkway from our driveway to front steps.

I have several Buddleia davidii, that did not die back last winter. They are about 6 feet tall now, but look a bit uneven. Also, they are flowing like crazy, but there are a large amount of spent flower-cones, which detract from the beauty of the bush. Should I deadhead the bush, or just let nature take its course?

I've recently cleared this plot and planted this garden, so everything that happens is new to me. I can tell you that I only put compost in the soil and mulched it on top. Otherwise no fertilizer, weed killer, etc.

Thanks!
