I think the grease stain came from the side of the filing cabinet. I sprayed 'Shout' on the stain and washed it with biological tablet, but the stain persists.

Help?................I'm keeping the garment damp until I find a solution.

I've labled some plastic tubs and other similar things with permanent marker. When I first did this, it would come off with comet. But now that it's been awhile, I can't seem to wash it off. Any tips?

I put the cycle on 2 times and clothes are still damp.
Put in another load this morning and after a while opened the door to see if it was getting hot and it was barely warm. Hoping it's not a super expensive fix. UGH.

i work in a restaurant that requires us wear oxford white shirts. I seem to have been buying new ones all the time because they get stained. I've tried bleach and stain removers, maybe I'm just not using the right one.

Ok this is my little brother and ever since i could remember he has never helped out with chores around the house. Until my mom passed away in 2001 when he was like 11 years old. But since my mom died he stopped doing stuff around the house. Then when it came time for me to move out of the house he started getting voilent choking me and threatening to kill me and just being very rude to my dad and all my dad did was threaten to beat his butt even though he never did spank him. But now that he is 16 he is calling me up and asking me to come back home to do his chores. So the question is. How do you get a 16 year old up to do chores if he stopped doing them when his mom died back in 2001 and the year is now 2006 and when he threatens you because he doesnt want to do them? So if somebody is out there can you please HELP me out? Thanks So much to those who do help me out?

My husband got his hair colored and, after washing it, went to bed with his hair wet later that night. In the morning there were dark spots all over the pillowcase? Is it a lost cause?

I have tried vinegar, baking soda, oxiclean, cascade, amonia and repeated washings. The only clothes that do not stink are the whites that I bleach. I also tried color safe bleach for the rest of the clothing with no results. The only thing that has remotely worked so far was oxiclean, but it didn;t work completely. There are 6 of us in this house and the washer is only 3 months old. I cannot afford all new clothes. The towels are not even useable anymore. The repair man was able to tell me how to get it out of the washer, but not the clothing stateing they never heard of anything like it before. I know better than that, but don't know what else to do. Please help me!!!!!

to move and they gave me a form saying what my costs will be if I don't clean my apt. It all seemed reasonable, then I get to the bottom of the form and it says "Upon moveout all carpets need to be professionally cleaned". I've never had to do this before and couldn't find anything in the lease. Does this seem reasonable?
