The birds sit on top the air conditioning grate and poop on my deck. It is very annoying. I don't know anything about birds. Is there anything I can spray over the place that will make them not want to be there?

It doesn't smell all the time but it can be quite strong at times. We've swept the chimney but we've not long moved in and the house was empty for two years. We installed the woodburner when we moved in so it's new.

When we moved into our house, the past tenants had some of their kitchenware (pots, pans etc). We've always kept it all in a boxi n the kitchen but we want to dispose of it because we don't need it. We don't want to throw it away so we were hoping to give it away to some charity. Does anyone know of any places that would want it? Pref somewhere that might collect it from the house as none of us have cars and there is a lot of it. (We're in the Leeds area)
