The place we are buying is in need of lots of work. There is a room filled with junk and the carpets are disgusting. As part of the sale, is the vendor obliged to remove these items if the buyer does not want them? Thanks.

I want to get a circular saw.

I saw one table saw (small table) where the saw could be detatched as a circular saw.

can most circular saws be attatched to tables?
what do i need to attatch them?
what kind of tables can i use?

Am i better off just getting the tablesaw combo that I saw she saw on the sea shore.

I want this room to be a formal room. I thought that textured wallpaper could add more than just a paint job. Is it easier to repaint it in,say, 10 years or strip the wall paper?

It seems that we too had a poor granite countertop installation. Not ony they cut the drop in sink hole in the house but they even made cut into the entire wall just to fit the peaces. The seams are to wide, uneven, cheeped. We paid $65per sqft.
Besides, I just cannot deal with the silica dust anymore. The cut of a drop in sink is the easiest of all. Now I know they should do it in their shop. But they don't want. They will install new slabs tomorrow.
I even suggested them to get a undermount sink. Just to make everything easier. What can I do?

I saw details of a newly built castle/fort type property built in Sussex, Surrey (or somewhere like that I think) probably about 6 or 7 years ago. It was in a home style magazine and I wondered if anyone could give me any details of it please?

I need to know how to make my refrigerator and freezer look full. I know how to shop for my children but my bf is always complaining that there is never any food in the fridge that he can see so I need to know how I can make my refrigerator look full.
