I need to know how to make my refrigerator and freezer look full. I know how to shop for my children but my bf is always complaining that there is never any food in the fridge that he can see so I need to know how I can make my refrigerator look full.

Hi! Does your boyfriend live with you? If he does not, then he is rather rude asking this of you!
If he does, then try this:
Guys like to open a door and see food he can grab! No fuss, no hassle! Guys also dont move things to find things! So, the solution is:
YOUR GROCERY LIST:
*Large box of premade burgers. Instructions must be clear. highlight or circle the instuctions with fat marker before storing it in the freezer
*A few steaks. These always taste better fresh though.
*Large box of frozen meat pies. Instructions as the same for burgers!
*Large box of frozen boneless chicken breasts. Repeat instructions thing! I always pre cook it, individually wrap it that way he can just grab, heat and eat!
*Premade salad, in a bowl, in the fridge, with his name on it! dressing sitting beside the salad, so he sees it.
*Multiple cans of Chunky soup!
*Pretzles, Doritos etc
*Homemade cookies, cake, breads... Guys really do love it when they get homemade goodies! Get a cookie jar, tupperware container something to put these in. Make sure it has a label, complete with what it is, and why its there!!! example; Cookies! Help yourself!

These should be enough for you to get an idea.
Try putting a list on the fridge fo rhim to hot things down on. Ask him what he likes/wants!
Have fun with it!
PS. Most guys love pasta

Buy a smaller fridge! (just kidding)
Our fridge usually looks pretty empty too, but our freezer is chock full (only take out the things we need). One thing that may help is to put things in smaller "serving size" containers - for example, I made a lasagna over the weekend and then portioned the leftovers out into individual containers that I stacked up in the fridge. There were a lot of containers, and a bonus that we had pre-made servings to bring to lunch for most of the week.
Hope this helps!

He probably means there is no easily prepared food staring out at him, all the food he sees needs effort, hence they say "there's nopthing to eat". Buy packs of nuts, corn chips, popcorn, juice boxes, jerky and muesli bars (ready to go food that are not too unhealhty) as snacks for between meals and he will stop complaining.

He's most likely really asking why there's nothing in that fridge that is already cooked, ready to just be reheated. A fridge without leftovers might be telling him that you don't cook many home made meals.

I use the web to grocery shop a lot. You can go online anytime, and the quality of the food you get from the stores is top notch, I've found.

Go to the supermarket buy the food that your BF likes to eat,Bring it home and put it in the fridge.
If the BF is not happy tell him to make a list for you, telling what he wants.
If the BF is still not happy tell him to go to the shop himself!!!

Buy from Costco... lol... I mean, as long as you're all adequately fed and full, why is your boyfriend complaining...? Does he live with you? If that's the case, then tell HIM to go shopping for groceries so he can stock up himself. *shrugs*
