I've observed a well cut, slight slope, hill with many groundhogs but never any dirt from they're tunnels that they dug. With that many groundhogs there must be a huge pile of dirt somewhere ..

My ceiling in the bathroom started leaking a week ago. The superintendent came in and cut a hole in the ceiling. He called the plumber and they repaired the man's toilet above me, it had a small leak. Now, a week later, the pipe is still dripping into a container. I told the superintendent and he just looked at it for a minute and told me it was condensation--this was two days later, the condensation on the pipe had dried. I called the rental agengy and they are on the superintendent's side--both are shady. (The super had a girlfriend who is still missing, some people wonder if he had anything to do with it. He also let an elderly man go without heat for two weeks after October 15th which is against the law. There are more stories--tell you later.) The water which is dripping onto the back of my toilet is blue, which means it's probably old toilet water. I don't know what to do? Do you? I'm a little scared because this man could be a murderer--he has keys to my apartment!

I have a light switch that is connected to an electrical outlet on the west side of the room. The problem is that I need the light on the east side of the room. It would be unsightly and unsafe to run an extension cord across the room because it would cross a doorway. Any suggestions? Some sort of infrared switch or something conencted to the lamp perhaps? Is there such a thing?

what gauge extension cord should I use for my christmas lights? I have commercial grade mini christmas lights from GE that say you can connect up to six runs. Each run is 200 lights and 58 feet and I will be using 6 runs together. I have to run 200 feet from the house before getting to the mini lights. The box of xmas lights say they are 67.2w 120v 60hz. I have always heard that 300 mini lights = 1amp. What gauge extension cord should I use since I need 200 feet of it? Thanks

Our tree in our back garden is brown and has produced no new pine cones. The little branches are dead and have no sap. We realise the harshly hot summer has affected all scotish pine, but ours seems to have died. It is 20ft high.
We love our tree can we do anything to save it?
