Time shares are going for up to $85,000.00 to start on the West Coast and it's not anywhere near the ocean. A cottage on the beach, if you can find one will run over 250K this is an older unit from the forties.
You have to get real, everyone wants to live in the smog these days.

Depends on how much time you want to spend there. Some time shares are very expensive. We looked at one that was $65,000 for a week in prime time. You could wait and save some more money.

find a fancy tower in a bad neighborhood or get real about it
