We have reseeded for 2 falls and a spring. We loosen the dirt (very poor quality) seed and fertilize. The grass will grow but then it dies. Can't tell if the excess rain from the roof or the roots hit the rock hard dirt or something else is causing the grass die. I need suggestions please. Husband wants to till up the dirt and reseed this fall. I am leaning towards sod. It is a very shady area. PLEASE ANY ADVICE?

In the summer, when we run the A/C, the duct work between the rafters and the drop-ceiling tiles sweat, and the dripping water ruins the ceiling tiles. How can we insulate or otherwise keep this from happening?

It will be a 13th birthday party, and I want is a color theme. The colors will be orange, lime, and magenta. I will get those colors in utensils, plates, cups, and napkins. I will have balloons in those colors. The invitations will be written/decorated in those colors. I don't know how else to incorporate the party colors! It will be a party in my backyard at night with about 30 people. There will be music and dancing. There will also be an in-ground pool and jacuzzi, which we will use. I need ideas in decorating the pool area and yard including those colors. I will be stringing white xmas lights on the fence so that multicolored ones don't distract from the theme. HELP! YOU COULD BE THE BEST ANSWER!!

we have a old house and the chimmey is pulling away from the house...some suggest we tear down ...put in new pipe for the fireplace and water heater then box in and side with the siding that is going on the house? any idea on what is the best to do?

When I come home and walk in my home it has this wretched smell..kinda like rotted meat. This is nasty but we used to have a mouse problem(live near lots of fields..field mice). But we have it fixed now and havent saw any lately. Could one have got in the walls and died? Will it ever quit smelling? What can I do to at least mask this odor for a little while? Ive tried candles...Wax burners...a Rainbow Air freshener device..nothing helps...

I have a 1 hp single phase motor . I can hook it up110 volt. Has cw/ccw rotation. Want to wire reversing drum switch 110 volt to control motor . Hooking up motor to raise and lower 700 lb. glass. I need to use a limit switch. Is this possible and what other components do I need to integrate this system to work?

I am going crazy because i just went and bought expansive mold free show curtain. After 2 weeks it changed the color. I am a very clean person and I did clean it every day after showering…but that didn’t help. Please help I just don’t know what to do.
