This question has gone a week without an answer. Your best bet is probably to consult your local glass shop. Some of them will do their own silvering and some of them will send items out for resilvering.

Keep in mind that you can ruin the value of some antique mirrors by having them resilvered. You might want to talk to a reputable antique dealer before you have it done. Now that I think of it, the antique dealer may also know who in your area might perform this service.
