okay I'm not as smart as ole Wrangler up there but I will try to help.If you are good at algebra then try this one piece method for your arches: first log in on your computer then enter in woodmagazine.com/ellipse. This details a smaller version of what you want but is easier than explaining. If you have further questions feel free to email me.Good Luck

Making the arched boards for the ceiling is fairly easy. Take a 4x8 sheet of plywood and draw the arch you want on it. Screw some wood blocks to the plywood spaced along the arch. This is your frame pattern. Instead of 2x4's use 1x4's (actually they will be 1/2 x 3 1/2) Get them longer than you need. Take 4 of the 1x4's and glue them together on the wide side. While the glue is still wet turn them on edge and clamp them to the frame pattern. When the glue dries the boards will hold the arch they have formed. You now have 2x4's with the right arch on them.Trim the ends at the proper angle and to the proper length. It will be easier and cheaper if you make your arched boards half the length you need and attach one to each side of the arch. Shorter boards will be cheaper and easier to work with. Making the fascia is much harder and more complicated. I suggest you go to The New Yankee Workshop website. In one of the episodes Norm Abrams builds an arched gate way in his fence and shows the details. You can use the same methods to build your arched fascia. They also sell the plans on how to build the arch. Hope this helps. Good luck.

Here is a product that can be used to frame an archway... http://news.thomasnet.com/fullstory/466115/rss/920
While the picture of the product in use is for interior applications, you can get an idea of how to start your project.
Other options include scoring a length of Plywood approximately every 3/4 inch so it will bend.. and attaching it to stud framing. Note, you would score it thru, leaving 1 or 2 layers intact, depending on how much flexability you need. Test your score depth... the less you need to score the ply, the stronger it will be. In this case, I would not only build the 90 degree framing, but I would also put a timber across the corner, to provide added support. If you use 2 layers of plywood, and apply some wood glue between them, you can build a fairly strong arch. Since this is an exterior application, use exterior grade plywood, and glue. Titebond makes a very good exterior wood glue, or you can use something like a sub-floor adhesive, that comes in a cualk tube.
Another option is to use "Bendy" plywood... this product has 3 layers of ply, and instead of the outer layers running lengthwise, as is common with most plywood, only the center layer (very thin) runs the length of the sheet. This results in a very flexible plywood. Ive used this product commercially with very good results. This product would most likely have to be special ordered, if you do not live near a region where there are a lot of cabinet or furniture makers. Again, you want to use multiple layers with an exterior glue between them, to provide strength. Here is the link to their site -- http://www.australply.com.au/pr_bendy.html

If you are planning to start on your woodworking project, this isn't something you should use, it's something that you would be insane not to. Go here https://tr.im/xZ6zb
Truth is, I've been a carpenter for almost 36 years, and I haven't found anything like this for less than 10's of thousands of dollars.
