depends on the area, number of stories, corners, and type of construction as well as your timeframe, but $100/sqft is a good ballpark.
this site gives you a more specific estimate, but only the builder would know forsure:

Mid West area (K.C.) going rate for a quality minded builder is $100-$150. There are those who do it for $100 and less but I wouldn't sell those homes to my worst enemy. This does not include the cost of the plot or initial sewage and water lines. Good Luck

90-160 $/sqft depending on how luxurious you want the material. Ordinary houses in other states are probably 95/sqft/ CA is like 105/sqft. Manufactured houses or modular houses run from 65 to 90 $/sqft normally.

It depends on whether it's a finished room or an unfinished basement or attic. The kitchen is the most expensive room because of all the fixtures in it. The bathroom is second.

depends on your area. I live in Canada(ontario) and it cost about $130sq/ft This is assuming your getting a contractor to do the work and not yourself

I just built a 30 x 30 garage/storage unit for under $3000.00. I cut the trees & milled the lumber myself with a portable mill. My largest expense was the garage door that set me back $900.00 & the concrete for the pad was $750.00.
