I have a Murray 22" cut 4.0 HP Spirit push mower. I was mowing the grass and it was running fine.I decided to replace the blade on it as the blade was worn out. While I had it on its side, I decided to change the oil in it as well. I cleaned out all the grass that was caked on under the deck. I put the lawn mower back on the ground and was going to try to start it as I was going to mow some more. The mower is only about 2 years old. I have only had to push the primer button 3 or 4 times and fires right up every time. Anyway, when I got ready to start the mower, I pulled the cord on it a couple of times and it locked up on me. I could turn the blade manually (hard to turn) but I turn it and free it up and pull the cord again and the same thing would happen again, it would lock up.I have done this same thing several times, it locks up I turn the blade manually and 3 pulls it locks up. Help me out, what is causing this problem.

I am looking for a variety of rose called 'Sarah' for my girlfriend's 21st birthday.

I know of the 'Sarah Van Fleet' and 'Sarah's Tea', but I really need one with just her first name.

I am moving in to a studio apartment next month and would like to purchase a room divider(s) to seperate the living and sleeping space in this apartment. I know you can make your own, but I am not that handy and would prefer to just buy one or two- preferably from a reputable source/company. Any suggestions?

My husband & I both smoke & have beige curtains in the livingroom. They are about 72" long and I have 3 sets of them. Every time I wash them only half of them come clean. It's like brown streaks, when I hang them they look brown & beige striped.

I use Tide liquid, the bottle says "phosphate free, biodegradable surfactants & enzymes. Safe for septic tanks". Since The plumbing is being worked on for a few weeks, I have to let the wash water drain into a big tub, then we dump it in an unused part of the yard. I hate to waste water, thought maybe I could use it to water the garden?

my door is at the side of my house, and theres a fence that runs one metre in front of it, at the side of that fence is my neighbours kitchen window, That has 3 METRES , i cannot get a pram into my house and have great differcultly movin furniture in and out,
i know that this is a health and safety issue, and i have been told by council workers that the fence needs to move further back, allowing me to gain full accsess to my property, and also it will give me another 1.5 metres of garden that goes all the way down,
my neighbour has just recently bought her home, and has made other residents move their boundrys back to the correct places. the issue of the fence was raised when she actually thought i had her land, and when we looked at the council boundry map, she had MINE! and then a week later the boundry line had been CHANGED to suit her, AS SHE SHOUTS THE LOUDEST! the council are a waste of time, what should i do?
