can anyone help me attach the vacuum hose to my kirby generation 4 vacuum?

Turn your knob from green to red. Take off the head.Take the hose with the big end. It has two hooks sticking out. Put the hooks over the bar in the front of the sweeper. The motor shaft goes inside the big hole. Tilt it up. Turn the lever to lock it.Now, its ready to go. Happy sweeping.
