I have a houseplant that was given to me. It has big dark green leaves and blooms pinkish red small flowers that look like hearts and grow on long stems like the leaves. I think it only blooms once a year, in the summer time.. any ideas of what kind of plant it could be???

It's red and a girl told me to wash it by hand which I
did and the water turned all red. Then I wore it and to be
safe washed it by hand and it ran again! Will this ever stop?
You can make a joke about me catching it but I beat you to it.
Thanks.

My dad has a grill from that era and it has never ever been used. It was at my dad'd work Chelar Tool & Die in Bellville IL. They were going to throw it out. It was from that era my dads comapny was going to throw it out. It is red and white. It has a cone shaped Hood that is open in the front to allow acces to the grilling area. The hood is colored like a old circus tent It is red and white Stripes, Smaller at the top and then they frair out as it goes down. It has all the original Accesories. Even a electric rotisery attachment. It has a table the can swing out on the side it is round. You can swing it under the hood when not in use. I can provide pics if someone thinks they know anything. Please help my dad is driving me nuts to get info on it.

Hello to all, one of those 'just in case' questions. I'm moving to Columbia, SC in about 10 days (about 85% done, but feels like I've been packing forever), from Miami, FL. I have family there & since I'm the last one left in Miami, it was decided that I should be there. (mostly because of health reasons... plus I'm tired of Miami) So I've purchased a condo (haven't actually seen it yet... my aunt found it, cousins are painting, cleaning, etc., & the closing was done via e-mail, fax & overnight delivery) I just need to get me, my car, & the incredible amount of stuff I've accumulated over the last years, up there. (PODS, auto transport & Amtrak) I've driven through the state many years ago, but don't really know it at all. I'll be moving specifically to 'Point Arcadia'. Just wondering if anyone lives there, has lived there, has an opinion or anything that might help me deal with the upcoming 'move/culture shock'. Much appreciated & thank you in advance..... Peace & God Bless, f

I currently have a beige sofa but that gets really dirty with a 2 year old. What colors would look best with this color scheme? No white, no beige. Thanks!

Oh, the red wall is on the darker red side as opposed to bright red.

I have a lot of clothes that have been sitting in the closet for about 6 months. They have developed a strange smell (Like standing water). What do I do to get it out?
I am planning on putting them in storage for another six months. Is there anything I can buy and put in the storage containers along with the clothes to get the smell out while they are stored?

This is kind of a 2 part question. I heard on tv that fake plants and flowers are bad fend shui in a home. Anyone know if this is true? My mom has fake plants, trees, flowers all over her house and its the house I grew up in and I never was really comfortable there. I dont really consider it my childhood "home", that title goes to house i lived in when i was even younger. Of course there could be a million reasons for why I would feel that way, feng shui might have nothing to do with it but I wonder. Anyone out there know anything about feng shui? i also had some issues as a kid/teenager that started after we moved into my moms house (age 8 and over). again-could be for any reason but could "bad" feng shui have anything to do with it? okay for all you "feng shui is crap" folks out there, I understand your position but I happen to think theres something to it so if you dont have anything constructive to add please keep your opinions to yourself. thanks to all.

I live on a large lake in nc. I was recently told that dredgeing would cost me around 25,000 to have professionally done. I only have about 20 feet of waterfront but it is severly full of silt. Probably 3 to 4 feet. I was wondering what people would recommend, I looked into a company called piranhapumps.com and they offered a cheap homeowners pump for like 10k but I dont want to buy, I would rather lease something or maybe even a diy way.any ideas are appreciated. I dont want to cause a big fuss either as Ive heard if its done by the homeowners themselves the local lake management will overlook it most times. and to get permits it would take over 6 months and another 10k in fees.
