So my mom won't let me wear a tampon and i really want to i tryed to put one in and i couldn't figure it out. I mean where to place it. Also my period is very heavy the first few day so i always over bleed my pad. Will using a tampon help that. Any help would be greatly app.

HI. So the past few days my vagina area has been really itchy. Ive been washing it with dove soap, and putting vagisil on it. It helps for a bit then itches again. This has never happened to me b4 and I dont no whats wrong. Its been really bothering me bc sometimes it gets really sore. Today i washed it and it feels like the "lips" are swolen and red. What could this be????????
and how can i get rid of it.
I had sex last weekend w/o a condom. BUT!!! We have only slept w each other (ive never been with anyone else) so its not an std. help!!!!!!!!!!! thankyou no rude answers.

I'm asking this because my doctor said I need to take them. My parents agreed..and well, I'm scared. I'm 13, and i'm not using them for sex or what ever, but i have to use them because of my really long periods. I have to take them for about 3/4 months. So what are the side effects? Will is change me mentally? What are they used for? Pleae n thanks!

So last night my boyfriend got a little rough down there with his hands
It hurt really bad so imidiatley after I went to the bathroom to find the left lip of my vagina to be swollen (this has happened to me before after a rough night, and no it is not an STD nor an allergic reaction)

this morning I woke up to find the lip had swelled even more... its about 3 or 4 times the size of the other one, it is EXTREMELY painful, its excruciating to pee, and its difficult to walk

Has anyone had this happen? What can I do to make the swelling go down??? It hurts very bad and I need some help
and going to the doctor is not an option.
1. I know there is nothing seriously wrong with me, this has happened before
2. I'm 17 and my mom doesn't know I have sex =/

So can anyone help me???

Ok, I am going to the pool in a little no time to get smaller tampons I have tried everything to get my tampon in there. I am 12, I have had my period since I was 10 1/2. I need to get it in. I have a platex sport tampon. I dont want to hear I am too young I am very active and cant miss any more practices. I DANCE, as in I wear a leo. I cannot wear a pad to practice. So will someone please tell me how to get it in.

I'm looking at the keyboard and the computer screen, but my eyes keep getting blurry every few minutes. Yes I have very bad vision. But Im nearsighted so it has nothing to do with that. I just got in from swimming, and the chemicals were strong. My eyes started stinging, which was the reason I started fighting my little brother for the goggles. I got em, but he was getting impatient to get em back, so I took em off and got out cause my eyes were hurting. Could this be the effect of the chemicals, making my eyes blurry, cause I havent splashed my face with water like I usually do after getting out. This has never happened to me before. Its like when you go to the eye doctor and get your eyes dilated, only less intense, I can go in the sun, less frequent, and not as uncomfortable. Is this the pool's chemical water, or did something happen?

Ive had this issue as far back as i can remember, everytime i plan to have sex i have to make sure i bring a bottle of lube, is anyone else like this??? So my girlfriend has been on her period for like 3 weeks...she just got back on Birth Control. She told me she was off last night so we both went at it. Everything was fine, but after about 15-20 minutes I pulled out there was blood all over. She told me she stuck a tampon in earlier in the day and there was no blood on it at all. I'm worried that either I did something or something might be wrong with her...She also told me when she went to the doctor recently they tested her for some cancerous cells. Everytime i take my knickers off they are wet, i dont know if it's like wee leaking or if it's coming out of my mary, but there is loads and im constantly damp down there. This happens alot, not other symtoms really tho, sorry for being gross.

I got hte birth control shot about two and a half months ago, and I have been spotting ever since, they gave me the pill to make my period stop, but it dodn't work, and my period started yesterday. my fiance doesn't want to have sex while I'm on my period.
