Reduced estrogen levels are the main cause of dryness. Estrogen levels can fall for a number of reasons:
Immune disorders
Cigarette smoking
Medications like allergy, cold medications, and antidepressants.
Another big problen is if you use a douche a lot. It disrupts the normal balance and can cause inflammation and may cause you to feel dry or irritated.

Alot of women have problems with dryness during sex. As long as you still enjoy sex you're probably fine. You could always tell your doctor about the dryness. Certain medical conditions and medications can decrease wetness.

mmm d you really relax and all? sometimes I lubricate perfctly and then stop, because I don´t feel like it anymore and things like that, if I don´t want to, I don´t lubricate. I don´t know if this is your case, but maybe your mate can help you reach orgasm first to make you come and lubricate, my bf fingers me and that makes me moisture when I´m not anymore, and then once lubricated maybe sex will be more pleasent, I guess you have someties painful sex due to that? anyway you should see you gyn he can give you the best advice on what to do.

Good Luck!! ;D hope I helped

take time to have lots of foreplay. This will get you lubricated naturally. Saliva helps too if you need a boost. If it continues to be a problem, I would say check with your gyn to rule out any medical issues.

If you are honestly ya know getting off and all that and there's not much lubrication, then it's just how your body works. Saliva always works for my partner and I, but lube is always good and lasts longer.
