well not sure about the "loads" part but if it doesn' have a funny color or odor your fine. Your body cleanse itself out constantly. I don't have "loads" down there but I do stay damp a lot of the time. Sometimes I even wear a panty liner my Dr said it's normal as long as there's no funny color like dark brown or green and it doesn't have an odor. Some women are like that and then there is those who have to use KY jelly to be moist down there

It sounds to me like discharge. I experience this regularly throughout my cycle - it is especially bad the few days after my period and somewhere in the middle of the cycle too, it is very inconvenient, but try some pantiliners. I recommend alldays flexiform - they have winged bits that you can fold back for if you're wearing a thong. There are also really flexible ones, that feel just like a sheet of loo roll - they normally come in softer packets, but I can't remember what they're called. They're still made by Alldays.
Change them regularly, that'll help prevent infection, because things like thrush can develop easier if sanitary wear is worn all the time. Whatever you do though, don't use liners which are scented - they will cause problems, they did with me, and I only used them once! Use a non-perfumed, non-coloured shower gel when you wash too, that'll keep the balance down there, which, in turn, might eventually help reduce the amount of discharge you are having.

if its clearish and doesnt smell or itch and you are young and have not had children, it is just normal discharge,
if it is white and looks a bit like cottage cheese and you have burning or itching then its thrush you need to get a combi treatment, cut down on sugar and foods with yeast in like bread
If its smelly or tinged with blood or greenish or any other weird colour and you are sexually active, go to your doctor straight away. Or your nearest well woman clinic, you may have one at your docs, then you can see a woman.
if its very runny and you get it after you have been excercising or lifting things and you are more mature in years or have had children it could be you are peeing a bit, and your pelvic floor muscles need toning up, try coughing or jumping up and down if you notice it happens then, well thats the problem, you can buy some egg like weights called Aquaflex from Boots chemist that are great for improving your pelvic floor muscles it takes a while but the results are good. hope you sort out what it is soon and can get it off your mind.

Hi. At last i'm not on my own. As everyone else says if it doesn't have a funny smell or colour its completely normal. I complained to my doctor about it she did a swab and it was fine...she also said I'm very lucky cos some women complain of bein very dry down there. I wash regularly and wear pantyliners. I find the always brand the best.
You're not on your own hun. I hope this makes you feel better but if not get yourself to your doctor and get it checked out.

If I was you, I would have a swab taken at the doctors just to check that you haven't an affection. All the swab is similar to an ear bud but longer and you can swab it yourself so no need to feel embarrassed. I suffer as well with it occasionally and most women I know do, usually a yeast infection or something along them lines. It could be nothing and just your private parts cleaning itself.

Wear a knicker liner and go to your GP you will have to show him it, if this is too embarrassing go to your local family planning centre, you may have bladder incontinence if it is bad you can have an op to sort this out it has a really good turn over, don't leave it cause you might be able to sort it with just exercises called Keillands, DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT GIRLIE, best of luck.
