do you have to put the plastic part in first then push the tampon out?

Yeah. One bit of the tube is smaller than the other so it slides in the larger tube pushing the tampon out and into you. Start with the tube well inside you else when you push it through the tampon won't be in the right position i.e. not far enough up.

Yes. The plastic is an applicator and it helps you insert the tampon correctly. Did you read the directions?

yes you insert the plastic apliacator then push the tampon in and then when you have felt the its completly inside and conftarble you remove the plastic aplicator.

That is the best way, OB tampons with no applicator are the ones that I preferred. the hard plastic or cardbord can make application difficult . You may want to give them a try.

yes.. you push the plastic thing all the way up till your fingers are touching the outside of your vagina then push the tampon in..

Yes, the slickness of the plastic allows for easy penetrartion and then by removing it you allow the absorbent part to come in contact with the fluids to be absorbed.

yes, take it out of the package. insert the cardboard or plastic tube.......then push the tampon up inside you ...and bring the pastic/carboard out.

put the whole thing in(remove paper of course)
and push the middle part.
-The plastic part doesent stay in.
