I have a two year old son and a 7 month old that was born last Dec. Since Feb. my periods have not been right. In Feb. I had period that lasted for about 14 days and it was very heavy. So much so that I had to use pads and tampons. Then it finally stopped and started bck within a couple of weeks. Have been spotting to having heavy period every since. Went to Dr. twice he did ultrasound and uterine biopsy and every blood test imaginable. He put me on BC pills to fix cycle. First 2 months did not work at all, then finally they seemed to be working. Stopped bleeding for about 2 weeks then had cycle according to when the pills said I should. I am on the second week of pills for this month and am having heavy period again. This is getting to be very frustrating. My husband is starting to feel neglected. It has put sex life at a standstill. I am miserable from cramps and other PMS symptons. Also had tubal after last C-sec.

I'm curious. I have noticed since I went on the pill a decade ago I haven't been able to lose weight. I'm HUGE. My husband & I aren't that active so I really could chart out when the best time would be. We do hope to have children so it wouldn't be a problem but we aren't planning on it soon. What do you think? I am charting my periods. I need to research the rhythm method.

The vulva looks like a pair of fleshy lips between your legs. These are the labia majora and grow pubic hair after puberty.

Inside are a pair of smaller lips called the labia minora. Between the labia minori is the clitoris, which looks like a tiny lump of flesh.

Just below the clitoris is the hole connecting to the urethra, and below that is the opening of the vagina

this is what the vagina looks like but mine dosent, the labia minora ( the smaller pare of pink lips) is like swelled up or something because it dose not fit between the labia majora ( the fleshy lips between the legs). what should i do? im thinking about telling my mother to bring me to the doctor but im to embaressed what should i do? also do you kno why its like tht?

Please don't criticize me for this. Most clinics and doctors I asked said that you had to be over 30 and have had kids for them to even consider sterilizing you. I felt this was wrong- I understand why some people would want to keep a woman from getting an abortion, but to keep them from making sure they don't get pregnant in the first place? That's rather asinine.

I'm sure I never want to become pregnant in my life (see no benefit from it, here or in the future) and have felt this way all my life. How can a woman under 30 with no children ensure she gets the operation?

I'm about to start taking the Pill and was told to start it on the first day of my period. However i'm 2 weeks late which is odd because i've always been 28 days? But anyway, Can i just start takin it now since i have know idea when i'm next due now or is it best to just wait it out and wait for my period?

If i start taking it now before my period will it stop my next one from coming until i go on the break from the pill (28 days later) or will it still come when it is naturally meant to be??

Ok. On the 8th I am going to cyprus with with my family but I am due on my period. I am thinking as I am going swimming that I will have to use Tampons.

My cycle has been really irregular so the day I start is your guess aswell as mine. Can I put one in while I am not on?

As I have never used them before I am quite confident that they will do there job.

But.... to I have anything to worry about? I have heard they leak sometimes. Also I have an insane idea that the tampon will get wet while i am swimming...

Can someone please help me so I can have a care free time on Holiday? Thankyou! xxx

ok, i think i might start my period next week, and all of next week im gonna be at marching camp outside all day and i like won't be able to change.. and if i don't start that morning what happens if i start while im in the field do i just stand there all day and let it leak out?? what do i do?

I had been taking Ortho TriCyclen Lo for about a year before I recently switched to Seasonique. On Othro TriCyclen Lo, you are protected against unplanned pregnancies even during your inactive week of pills. During the week of my inactive pills, before my period started I had sex with my boyfriend without a condom, a day later I got my period (which was completely normal) and also my prescription for Seasonique, which I switched to three days afterwards. However, when I was reading the info for Seasonique it said that you are not protected for the first seven days of pills when starting Seasonique, however by the time I read this it was too late for me to use EC. Could I be pregnant? I have not had any additional bleeding after my period and have actually been almost completely unable to eat after starting Seasonique.

Since 2nd July up til 22nd July, i exercise about 2-5 hours almost everyday 3-5 days/week.

AM - briskwalk, cycle and rowing (1 hour altogether)
sometimes do weight lifting ( another 1 hour)

PM - Aerobic class/es (1 hour - 2 hours), then do more
briskwalk,cycle, rowing (and sometimes swimming) (1 hour)


*before JULY - i have NEVER EXERCISED.
- My diet changed since 2nd JULY - high carbs to low carbs, high protein and low fat.


my period should be around the 15th of July. I did not have sex at all.

Do u think that i am overdoing my exercise? and usually i have regular period cycle (25-45 days).. could the exercise explain the reason y i havnt got my period til now? npw is the 4th of july.

my husband yesterday was fingering me, and he said that he felt something that felt like a grape and it felt like the size of a small grape. he said that he never felt it before. when he pulled out, blood was every where, but not like the kind i would have if i was on my period. it was bright red, like if i were to get cut. besides im not suposed to start until 2 weeks from now. should i go see a gonocologist? and please, only serious answers. i want to know if the bump is normal or not.

well my boyfriend and I don't want to hae sex anytime soon, so instead we basically give each other hand jobs. He's never actually penetrated me, but he's played with my clit and such. My period ended a little less than a week ago, and for some strange reason my breasts are tender and stuff, but that's not normal unless I'm about to get my period.. so.. why is it that guys are so freaked out about having sex during your period? I can't go without sex every time i'm raggin. I seem to have lost my old birth control pill pack.
I have another one but it is a slightly higher dosage.
Would it be safe to take from there? Or should I stop.
I am only a few days in and I need to know soon so I can take it.
I am also not sexually active since MONDAY.
