after having your first period,
you only have it for 2 and a half days?
does this sound right?

when will it come back?

will it come back sooner now hat it didnt last as long?

i woke up and my period was barely there.
i went shopping came home and my period is very heavy?

Yes that is VERY VERY normal. Your periods may be very abmormal for a while. Mark it on your calender when you started, then count 28 days from THAT day and you should typically start around the time. You may go a month or so without a period since they may be irregular. Just try to mark on your calender every 28 days for a while (just so you have a general time frame)!

Your periods will be irregular for the first few years. there isn't any way to predict when it will come back and how long it will be. AFTER your cycle normalizes you'll get you period roughly every 28 days and it will last from 3-7 days.

Your periods will be wacky for the first year or two after starting menstruation.

It could come back in two weeks, or it could come back in six months. I can last anywhere from 2 days to 10 days.

Since it's your first period,it might be irregular for the first couple of times.It usually happens every 28 days.
