Yes sometimes you can feel it come out...especially if you are on one of your heavy days...it sucks but you will get used to it. You don't feel it come out using a tampon though. hope this helps.

ugh its horrible!!! other than cramps u still get other aches during ur period too.and if u sit down for a long time when u stand u u can actually fell it coming down(gross).but u dnt have to worry about ur period now cuz trust me u dnt wanna experience what it feels like!!just enjoy these days where u arent having ur period yet!!

At the beginning I get a feeling in my stomach that lets me know I started (I don't know how to describe the feeling, I guess it's kindof like a cramp).

there are a number of symptoms, not everyone expirances cramps, some get sick, tired, or dizzy. Then again some never have any symptoms. try going to beinggirl.com it think thats how you spell it. its a good site and will have so much useful info...good luck

well you cant feel the flow but it is very discusting and whatnot so ya dont be to ancious cause unfortunlly it will happen
keep a pad or tampon with you at all times just in case it is ur 'lucky' day

you might be able to, but everyone is dif. soo don't rush to have it. It isn't very pleasant and keep a pad/tampon with you and if it happens in public an extra pair of panties. :]]
