A guy told me he can smell which side a female is ovulating from. When I heard it, I thought it's total BS. Also, can a woman know which side she is ovulating from? As a woman, I have no idea.

im on my period today, and its light.
Since it was light i wore a panty liner.
When i wore my panty liner the blood went on the underwear.
Does that mean i have to wear a pad with wings?
Or can i still wear a panty liner?

I would also like to hear from men as well but I feel women can say more than men because of certain reasons. This is starting in 2008. I would say they're a little too young and maybe parents should watch their children a little more instead of letting them run around the streets past curfew like little s*l*u*t*s. Let me know what you think women, because I wouldn't want my little girl having to get this. I think it's very sexist as well, beings males can get the same thing and yet they don't have anything they HAVE to take. Also this shot has only been out for a couple of months, so there are 1-6 year experiment tests done on this.... how are we to know the long-term side effects or consequences of this shot?? I think Perry is the most ignorant and sexist pig in the world. If I left anything out or am wrong about something, please let me know. I don't want an argument, just to know what others are thinking and that I'm not the only one who feels like this. BTW I'm 18.

Looking for serious answers only please b/c I have something that is causing concern....

Back in June 2006 I fell, fractured my leg and tore a knee ligament... I had surgery, pins inserted, and then a manipulation later on (October) because I could not bend my knee much. Since about August I hadn't had a period...they kind of just stopped and I asked if that could just be from the medications I was taking and stuff and I had somebody from a medical profession write back and tell me yes, and also the stress of everything. Around December I started getting a little bit of bleeding, but really only noticable when I would wipe, not enough to use a pad or tampon. Then January rolled around and on the 24th I got a full period... unfortunately for me, I still have it... It's been heavier than I've ever had it. Changing tampons every 2 hours.

I have been on Yasmin for about two and a half years now. When I first started using I told my doctor that I was having adominal pain and was told that it was me getting used to the pill so I paid it no mind. Over the course of the next year, I had been to the doctor reporting waves of contractions and was told that I was stress, depressed, acid reflux, an STD. None of which is true. It has gotten worse and next week I am scheduled to have my gall bladder removed. I am also set to start my new pill pack tomarrow and just happened to flip through it and noticed that "oral contraceptive users probably have a greater risk than nonusers of having gallbladder disease..." I read the booklet years ago and of course at the time was simple enough. I am going to go of it and talk to my doctor tomarrow. But I was wondering if there was anyone out there with similar experience. I want to keep my gallbladder but fear its too late.

Well, last night I had cramp like sensations in my lower abdomen. I was slightly bloated, and I gained like 4lbs. The cramps went away when I moved, and when I got in the hot shower. Am I going to get my period? Thank you in advance...

My friend really needs help with this. She would ask herself, but she went to lay down because she doesn't feel good. She told me that her period was a blackish color, and she has cramps like she's never had before. Any suggestions or solutions would be welcome. thanks!

I read another post just a minute ago about a yeast infection... and mines sort of similar..
My best friend was talking to me last week about how she thought something may be wrong with her, and explained to me what she meant. I suggested it may be a yeast infection, but I'm not sure?
She's really worried and too afraid to talk to her mom. Not that she's immature, she just doesn't get along with her mom at all... and asking her dad would be a bit awkward lol.. so I figured I could get some adivce from other people!
What are some of the symptoms of having one, and what could she do?

Thanks for reading this!
