I always have white stuff coming out of me when I'm not on my period. Is it normal to have it coming out everyday? I'm just sick of the stuff. I know it is normal to have some but I have it every day.

It is normal. Our discharge changes throughout the month due to fluctuating hormones, acidity, etc. If you are concerned though, I would make an appt. with your GYN just to be sure and for peace of mind. I really wouldn't worry about it, though. Some women have more discharge than others.

Its called discharge and yes, some girls have it everyday. The best thing to do is buy a panty liner and use it. But its good its white, that means you are healthy!

If it itches or is excessive you may have a yeast infection, sugar can trigger that also eating yogurt helps just read the label to avoid tons of sugar.alot are made with Splenda and go for fat free.
