chicken, beef, pork? I know chicken's best, but how about pork and beef? I have a family history of diabetes and I'd like to reduce my risk of getting it. I know exercise will help, but can someone give me suggesstions on what I can make and eat? And what I should not be eating or looking into? Thanks..

I have big boobs and I hate them, people wonder why though. They are 36 E and I think big boobs make me look fat, when I'm not. I don't wanna wear tight tops to bring attention to them, but if I wear something baggy I just look fat! What size do you think is too big? if I were to get a reduction what size should I go?

I have been pooping really wierdly in the past few days. I get the feeling i have to poop a lot and when i try a little bit comes out. Then a few hours later the same thing happens. I am not constipated, I have just been pooping a lot. Could this have anything to do with my menstrual cycle, or mood?

ive been on the nuva ring since march of 06, and never had a problem. Today is my day to take it out, but its not there! I dont know when it came up missing, or if it was pushed up so far that i cant get to it! Please help, im waiting until 8am to call the doc. But if it did fall out, wouldnt i have gotten my period?

I am 39 with 2 children and have lost all interest in sex and have no sex drive and think it is hormonal. I would like to try the testosterone patch but don't know where I can get one so can anyone tell me? I have been having nipple leakage(clear to white) with manipulation.(the first time i noticied it was spontanious) I check about once a month to see if it with still come out. My gyn said that it is normal for some women to have it while on Birth Control(i was on Depo last year) or when the nipples are continuously stimulated. I do neither. i do have large breasts(40E) and have not had any children. It comes out of both nipples. No problem with breasts except for that. Any suggestions on what could be causing this?

feeling where i usually have period pains but the pain is not like usuall period pains.it comes and goes,at best i can get through it at worse i have to sit down and rest.i have a history of treatment for unusal smears,and have had treatment,last smear came back clear but im thinking this pain just cant be normal?any ideas.thanks in advance.

ok...its been awhile since ive had sex..2 yrs exactly.
Dating someone in the military...he wont be home for good till the end of the year....we'll c each other be4 that of course...but we'll be stayin in hotel rooms and what not. Im not afraid of doing it..I just know since its been awhile for me i will bleed prolly...and dont want to do that in a hotel room! am i just being paranoid? plz a little advice...id appreciate it.
