When can i remove the surgical tape after a operative laparoscopy?

Generally it will fall off by itself in time. If they've told you that you can shower again after your surgery then the soap will loosen it up and in time it will just fall off on it's own. Don't rish removal because depending on big the opening is you don't want to risk infection because you're in a hurry to remove the tape.
