I have big boobs and I hate them, people wonder why though. They are 36 E and I think big boobs make me look fat, when I'm not. I don't wanna wear tight tops to bring attention to them, but if I wear something baggy I just look fat! What size do you think is too big? if I were to get a reduction what size should I go?

Never mind anyone else, it's what size you would be happy with that counts.

I'm a 36HH and i have on and off days about mine.
I agree though, wearing tight tops gives too much attention to them and wearing baggy makes us look fat.
The only reason i hate mine is bra shopping. I normally come home in tears coz nothing fits. Then I have to pay a fortune on some speciallity website.

If you haven't already, try Bravissimo.com/.co.uk They're brilliant. They're not too expensive and i've seen sizes like JJ on there.

If you get a reduction, there is a HUGE chance they can grow back again. Just something to consider before you pay the money and get the scaring.

Other than that, just love your self the way you are babe! :)

If you are going to have a reduction then I would discuss it with your consultant. They will have a good idea as to what would look natural.

If you don't feel comforatable or confident about wearing tight tops then perhaps your current size for you is too big, but for someone else they may think they are the size they want to go up to.

Research what is the national average and then compare that size and a few sizes above and below that to see which ones would make you want to wear tight tops with confidence and go from there... Good luck :D

Size is your choice and what you are happy with, no one Else's. However the fact that you have back pain may suggest that your breast size is a problem. If it becomes a serious issue you might have to consider reduction. If this is becoming difficult you need to discuss it with your medical adviser. He should go though the pros's and con's. There may also be difficulties getting these types of procedures on the NHS.

36 E is not huge if you are fairly tall, but if you are shorter than average, then maybe you feel out of proportion?

If you are in the UK and you're 18 or older, maybe see your GP for a referral to a plastic surgeon to discuss a breast reduction. The NHS will only perform this operation if your breasts are causing you discomfort, affecting your posture etc., not for purely cosmetic reasons.

If you are under 18, be patient as your body hasn't finished growing yet.

Don't go to a surgeon without a referral or recommendation from a reputable source

Good luck, whatever you decide

For your height, that size is a bit too big. Gosh, I'm 5"5 and an A cup! I got a lot of flack for being too small, but i wouldn't change them for the world. If i were you, I'd go a C cup or a full B.

Good luck!

If you feel they are too big, then they are too big, it doesn't matter what others say. If they are causing back or neck pain from the weight pulling on your muscles, you may be able to get breast reduction surgery paid for on your insurance. Check with a doctor, and also ask what size they should be reduced to, it will depend on your height and size of your frame.

Good luck to you.

I know it may flip u out but although i like a gal with big breast ;her health is more important. like some of the ladies in ur life have said u need to get the proper size bra and draw attention girl with boobs that big they are bringing attention. but you can have reduction done and if its done properly any scars would be hard to spot. before u have it done ask alot of questions and even seek out patients of doctors that have had it done. youre young but later in life those things will get harder and harder to carry around

There are doctors that specalize in enlargements and reductions. I am a 44DD and I hate them too. Every man you speak to talks to your boobs and not your face. Makes you want to ask them..hey, what color are my eyes? In Oklahoma they want between 6000 and 10000 for a reduction. I just can't afford it or I would have one.
I would get a 32C, at the most.

Even if you went to a borderline "D" that would be a hughe help..i like borderline c-D myself..but i think C size is about average..in the long term "health wise" its better to do it now so when you are in your forties and having problems you wont say...'only if' I know a few female ladies in their 50's who wish they would have done it earlier and are planning on reductions now...good luck to you

I too am a 36e so I know how you feel. Im a size 12 and think they look in proportion to my figure but I agree they tend to make people think you are bigger than you really are. Men love them but Im not too impressed...too much of a coward to have a reduction though...scary. I think if you feel uncomfitable with them then its up to you and how it affects your life. Goodluck
