Drink lots of water and see a doctor. While it's not likely to be all the horrendous diagnoses mentioned elsewhere [if you live in the "civilised" world] it's worth checking out

if your stools are colorless and smell like fish it could be cholera. if your stools are green.. or brownish-green something like that.. it could be amoebiasis. it could also be e.coli commonly from contaminated water. whatever it is, one thing's for sure, you ate contaminated food or water and there's only way to find out what caused it - stool examination. as soon as the doctor finds out what is it, he can start your treatment right away. meantime, drink a lot of gatorade or hydrite rehydration solution from the pharmacy to avoid dehydration. also stop taking milk and other dairy products for a while, no softdrinks and other caffeineited drinks and citrus fruits, no tomatoes and fatty foods while you're having diarrhea because these stuff are acidic and will further exacerbate your symptoms.

Drink plenty, take salt (diarrhea loses alot of salt), get some diarrolite (not sure of spelling!!),& go to bed with a hot water bottle clutched to your sore tummy. It's definately a tummy bug, sweetie. xxx
