unless your stressing about it, i suppose it's possible. but it's probably more likely a spasm from an incorrect sleeping or sitting position. you might be straining it in some way, perhaps from sex, working out, or whatever. i think lower back pain may have something to do with the kidneys, but don't trust me on that one - but i did here something about back pain and something internal, you might want to check it out.

but i doubt it has anything to do with sex.

Maybe it can go the other way. Can the lower backache pain be due to satisfactory sexual relations.....:)

It probably has more to do with an unsatisfactory mattress.

you either are having a bad sleep from your mattress, or a uti. talk to your doctor
