okay so i really hate my stomache area. is it possible in anyway that i could get flatter abs in 4 days? i know it sounds kinda impossible but im willing to do anything. thanks a bunch!

My clit hurts soo bad.. Sunday night my guy went down on me and the top of my clit hurts.. I like never pleasure myself and its been a WHILE since my guy has gone down on me.. But like it didn't hurt or n e thing when he was doing it.. Im just scared that is going to mess up my nerve endings so I wont be able to have an orgasim n e more.. Please help.. I have a friend that has her period non stop all year long. She's only 23, but refuses to go to the doctor, she says she's afraid it might be something really bad.... and she doesn't want to know if it is. She is over weight but I've never heard of weight conflicting with a womans cycle. Can anyone help? Any ideas of what it might be, or how to fix it. I know telling her to go to the doctor is the best bet but what can I do if she refuses to go? I'm really worried about her.

last week i got these horrible cramps and i didnt get my period until an hour ago. (usually i get cramps the day before or the day of my period) and today i was so nauseated that i threw up. whats going on? im 14. my mom told me just to ignore the pain...im just confussed.

I want to get away from bleached/disposable menstrual products and be environmentally friendly, but my flow is VERY heavy so I've always been scared to try cloth pads or other alternative products. Does anyone know (before I buy) whether the Keeper/Diva Cup would work for me? (I now use the biggest size of OB tampon, plus pads.) What about overnight? During yoga class? Etc.

I have a weird situation. Sometimes when I urinate I get a burning feeling towards the end of it, not through the entire process of urinating. But this only happens once in a while. (About a handful of times in a month) But when this happens, it also feels strange afterwards for about 15 minutes. I dont know how to describe it really. It's not a terrible pain, just a constant, strange, numb kind of feeling to where its uncomfortable to sit or do much of anything. I'm going to the doctor tomorrow morning, but until then...Any clue what this could be!?

How on earth do I get rid of the spare tyre round my middle?

I eat healthily, have cut out fizzy drinks and chocolate etc, have increased the amount of exercise I take. I walk about 5km a day (I have a pedometer)

Please don't advise me to join a gym - I don't have the time or money to do it!

What else can I do? Is it possible that it's a medical reason? It's only happened since I came off the Pill. It's driving me mad - I've had to go and buy loads of new clothes in a bigger size!!!

i just stopped using the nuva ring birth control 2 months ago. when i took the ring out at the time of the month that i was supposed to i had a period, that was dec. 28th. i have not had another period since then ( which means i am now 8 days late!) me and my BF use condoms EVERY time with spermicide. could i still be pregnant or is the ring making my period late. i just want your opinion on what you think it could be before i go take a pregnancy test after work. thanks. BTW im 22yrs old and have always had normal periods.

Obviously I'm asking becuase I did some last night and also had sex with my bf. The condom broke so I took the morning after pill. Will the blow lessen the chance the pill will work? Should I see a doctor about it?

Occasionally I've been having these sharp stabbing pains right above my hip bone. It only happens at night, and makes it impossible to sleep. It usually happens when I sleep on my back but sometimes when I sleep on my left side. When I roll over to my stomach or right side the pain goes away. Dunno if its a pinched nerve or somethin more serious. Any answers would be greatly appriciated.

I am two weeks late as I posted before. I had unprotected sex a week before my period was due and it never showed up. It is ALWAYS on time never a day late. I havent been stressed. I have taken 2 tests both negative. Im thinking since I probably conceived late in my cycle (if i did) that its taking longer for the hormones to show up on a test. I have a few symptoms. I can smell things WAY better than before. And a lot more liquid discharge its always wet and that never happens. And I had some mild cramping for a while. Does this sound like pregnancy? :)

I have some acid reflux problems and after taking my first active pill, I felt like I had to burp and that there was some liquid/food coming up my throat.

If I were to have burped food or liquid up, would this have affected my pill? I definitely didn't throw up but there is the slight chance I regurgitated and swallowed back down. Am I ok?

I'm 19 and my last period ended Jan. 29th and now, the 6th, I woke up to use the bathroom and a bunch of little clots came out. I've had a little cramping today as well. My period has been normal for all of this last year pretty much.

What can cause clots to come out after my period has been over for a week??

Well lets see.........For some reason i can not gain any kind of weight and it sucks.It's nice to be skinny and everything but i've been skinny since my whole life.Well i guess i can say it runs in my family at least that is what i use to say but now that im older i see that my two older sisters can gain weight on them,well one of them had 3 kids so i can understand about her but the other one did't have kids but stll can gain weight and i can't.I eat all the time and still nothing.I just don't know what to do about this.I would take some pills but i really don't know what to take,any suggestions any one?

I'm used to being on the 21 day packs, where I'd stop taking them, and 3 days later I'd get my period. I've recently switched to Alesse 28, with the inactive pills..and I was wondering, once I stop taking the active ones..will it still take 2-3 days before I get my period? Or will it come as soon as I start taking the inactive ones? Thanks in advance :)
