Hey sarah, Lots of options out there for you, the first thing you want to do is buy a bigger bra and walk around with something in there, make sure that you like the way you feel and the reaction from people is what you want and expect, do that for a couple weeks just to see if it's something that your comfortable with. then go to a couple of different doctors and see what they offer and see what fits your lifestyle best, After that if your financially able just go get it done.
